In Casa Kristina, living rooms and bedrooms are set up on two levels.

 

The spacious, light-flooded living room on the ground floor offers, in addition to an open fireplace, a dining area and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen, many opportunities to get together. The west-facing terrace allows a place in the shade all day and catches the evening sun.

 

The first floor, on the other hand, offers many places of retreat. There are 4 bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom. Luxury and security are easily combined in this room with an outstanding view of the Maremma.

 

The roof terrace offers a very special highlight. There you can spend many hours in comfort, in silence and with a breathtaking view.

 

Outside the house there is a large green area around Casa Kristina. In addition to a pool area, there are many opportunities for retreat in the countryside.
